The Persecuted Church

We are so thankful for everyone who attended the prayer service for the persecuted church.  A lot of tender, heartfelt prayers went out to our Heavenly Father on behalf of our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ around the world.

Everyone is invited to continue to pray for the persecuted through the year. There are 4 ways you can continue in fellowship with our persecuted family.

* First, you can keep praying through our WCC prayer list from the International Day of Prayer.

* Second, you may download the Pray Today app on your smart phone or tablet.  Each day you will receive a specific prayer request for believers in hostile and restricted nations, and you can even set your phone to remind you to pray each day.

* Third, you can sign-up to receive weekly emails with specific prayer requests from Christians in hostile and restricted nations with “I Commit To Pray.”

* Fourth, you can sign-up for a daily devotional email, “Standing Strong Through The Storm” available through Open Doors.  There are timeless lessons for overcoming the storms of life using real-life examples of persecuted Christians around the world.
