God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
Dear friends.
I’ve been thinking much about Romans 5:5. It’s an overwhelming truth. I thank God it is true.
A prayer for you today.
We thank you, Lord, for the love that chose us before the world's foundation, for the immeasurable love that established a covenant for our redemption, for the unfailing love that manifested in the person of Christ and accomplished our salvation, for the love that remains constant even in our wanderings; a love that endures when we prove faithless.
Give us the grace to receive, thankfully, the fruits of His redeeming work and to follow daily in His steps under His truth.
Through Jesus Christ, Your Son our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
