Dear friends.
Longing for love is natural and beautiful. To share our lives with another is part of what it means to be made in God’s image.
A prayer for you today.
God and Father, anything You graciously give to us or reveal to us or promise us is much too small and eventually unsatisfying if we don't meet or see You in it.
But, Father, you brought into our hearts a flame of love.
A love for our neighbors.
A love for our enemies.
A love for our friends.
A love for our family.
A love for the lost.
A love for You, the living God,
And for those whose love is ready to be shared with a partner romantically, please graciously equip them with everything good thing they need, to do Your will in this matter.
Father, because you know, the weaknesses of each of us, let those ready to share their love with another, find you mighty to save, protect, and give.
For Jesus’ sake, we ask this. Amen.
May God be gracious to you and help you in all ways needed, known, and unknown.
