A Prayer For You Today

Dear friends.

The Hebrew word for watch is often translated as guard. What a comfort verse eight is to mere humans like us.

A prayer for you today.

Oh Lord Christ, who keeps watch over us.

Please, tend your sick ones, rest your weary ones,

soothe your suffering ones, shield your joyful ones,

Bless your dying ones; all for your love's sake.

Amen.
