A Prayer For You Today

Dear friends,

It’s over! Summer that is. We have much to thank God for, don’t we? As we begin our steady pilgrimage into fall and winter, we trust the God of our Summer will be the God of our fall and winter.

A prayer for you today

Lord of all power and might,
the author and giver of all good things: 

Graft in our hearts the love of Your Name;
increase in us true faith;
Nourish us with all Your goodness;
Ground us richer in Christ’s saving work 

and bring forth in us the fruit of good works.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, 

One God forever and ever.   Amen.
