Galatians Sermon Series Slider

C.S. Lewis once wrote,

When you first wake up, all your wishes and hopes for the day rush at you like wild animals. So, your first job is to shove them all back and listen to the other voice. I believe the Apostle Paul might say, let the Letter of Galatians be the other voice.

Grounded in the Gospel and sent by Christ, Paul writes against a different gospel, which is no gospel at all.

At the unchanging center of the Gospel, Paul proclaims this truth: When people trust in Christ, what is true of Him becomes permanently true of them. His life, death, and resurrection all become theirs. Or in Paul’s own words, I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing! (Gal. 2:21).
